The Saga beef we serve at our restaurant is domestically produced Japanese Black beef that boasts top-class quality among all the branded beef in Japan.The meat is soft and has a beautiful, fine marbling known as "Tsuyasashi." Its greatest appeal is the sweetness of the smooth fat and its rich flavor.The delicious Saga beef is available in a variety of dishes, including sukiyaki hotpot, roast beef, and steamed in a bamboo steamer.
